Apply all french translation found into Vitam messages to french common translation file. All modifications are added to EVENT_TYPE_LABEL translation namespace. Vitam messages are listed first in EVENT_TYPE_LABEL. Vitam UI specific messages are added at end in EVENT_TYPE_LABEL. Vitam messages and Vitam UI are separated by a blank line.

Description
Apply all french translation found into Vitam messages to french common translation file. All modifications are added to EVENT_TYPE_LABEL translation namespace.
