Issue
This PR allows requests to modify how coordinates are snapped. Currently, it only supports one option:
snapping=default- the default, and maintains the current OSRM behaviour of not snapping to edges marked asis_startpointsnapping=any- will snap to whichever edge is nearby.Note that this does not modify the small component selection behaviour.
I intend on extending this parameter with new options in future changes.
