Resolves #3346
Fixes a few translations that were not in zh-TW and renames the language code to be zh-TW instead of the less specific zh.
It looks like a lot of changes, but the only translations that were updated were the 11 in
conf/messages.zh-TW
. The files inpublic/locales
were really just renamed, but thei18next
library complains if you don't have fallback language files. So we not have empty "zh" files, and git makes it look like there were a ton of changes because of that 🤷
