@Krastanov, As per your points for the roadmap which are as follows:

Roadmap should probably include mention of

  1. graph state simulation;
  2. perturbative expansions over circuits;
  3. more thorough noise models;
  4. decoders and code generators;
  5. something about subsystem codes;
  6. something about low-rank non-clifford simulations.

We can create RoadMap as a Milestone and then sort the issues according to relevant points in the Roadmap.

This issue is more about organizing all the issues in one place. Is there a way to pin this issue on the top so it can be easily accessed? I hope the organizations turns out to be helpful.

We can create another Milestone and name it "Issue Tracker", that way it will hover on top of all issues and easily accessible.

Thanks for looking into this, but I do not believe this issue is necessary. Github already provides this functionality by default in an automated manner with filtering (simply by opening the issues page and clicking on the label in question or entering a search query).
