• have outline, mostly activity based
• some effort to get gapminder data ready for teaching
• very little instructor guide

• have outline, includes how to modularize .Rmd script, create functions, make-like workflow in R, TravisCI
• needs to see other components fairly complete before finishing

##Logistics group

• address challenge of delivering materials to learners
• each lesson is separate repo with separate data dir
• process for merging lessons into a single repo for a workshop
• create zip file from master branch for students to download
• uses TravisCI to run knitr files, check for files, etc

• sprint: needs multiple days so that earlier material done before working on later material; likely Jan-Feb
• would be good to have some stylistic conventions before sprint day, decisions on slides, etc
