We should really disable the intent support as long we doesn't support it accuratly. Really nagging to see "share" , click "share" but to end up in "seems not to work" ;(

@rafaelks i'm on 1.0.21 I don't see Rocket.Chat+ in list of available applications to share things like pictures or links from chrome.

Regarding your comment @childnode I think you are using the Rocket.Chat app located: https://github.com/rocketchat/rocket.chat.cordova

Confusingly, there are two Android mobile apps in the play store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.konecty.rocket.chat&hl=en_GB
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=chat.rocket.android

I was using the first of these (which is the top result if you search for "rocketchat") and that exhibits the behaviour detailed in the original bug report. It is still unclear to me why there are two applications in the play store and what each of them is for.

Agree with @geekgonecrazy -- this isn't showing up in the share menu when using Rocket.Chat+.

would love to have the option to share a channel, message or file externally in other apps, like it works in messenger and whatsapp, we can share a pic in any app.
