Update dependencies

Notably Cypress now supports testing components easier https://github.com/bahmutov/cypress-react-unit-test  However they're currently catering to react and vue it'd be nice to investigate setting this up for our own components.. Although what we have works fine.

Then we can't get update auth0-spa-js until auth0/auth0-spa-js#447 is resolved
