BBP1D GTL

BBP1D GTL is a 1D velocity model used in the SCEC Broadband Platform (BBP) to simulate Northridge Earthquake events.

The vertical profile plotted below is at location USC:

  • LAT=34.0224
  • LON=-118.2851
  • STEP=1
  • START_depth=0
  • END_depth=1000

The second plot is for a point near Ridgecrest, outside the CVM-S4 GTL region.
