Configure SQL Agent Alert System Properties

FineBuild can Configure the Alert System Properties available in SSMS for the SQL Server Agent.
The SQL Agent Alert System properties should be set as shown below.
The SQL Agent Alert System Properties configuration relates to Process Id 5BE and is controlled by the parameters below:

In order to maintain compatibility with older versions of SQL FineBuild, the parameter /ConfigSQLAgent: can also be used.
FineBuild also uses the following parameters to help configure SQL Agent Alert System Properties:

The following steps show what you would have to do for manual SQL Agent Alert System Properties configuration. FineBuild does all of this work for you automatically.

Select the Alert System tab
Set the following Alert System properties:
Property Value Replace Tokens Enabled If DB Mail is being configured, set the following values:
Property Value Mail system Database Mail Mail profile /MailProfile: value If SQL Mail is being configured (Valid for SQL 2005 and SQL 2008 only), set the following values:
Property Value Mail system SQL Mail Mail profile Microsoft Exchange Settings -
Click OK to save any changes made
