Readme.md contains references to overall functionality and all commands. These shoudl be updated to reflect user managment capabilities:
Line 36 Highlight the functionality
Line 398 add detailed command definition

Hi Tobi, hope you dont mind that I edited the description. We can maybe skip the stuff in line 400'ish if we auto convert the cli help into a MD file

Sorry I thought I only saw the JSON improvements, but 36 and the reason I don't just do line 398 is missing, right?
