Remove linting of graphql files. The only graphql files in the repo are fixture files which were ignored. Thus there is no point in having a lint ruleset that lints graphql files.

Description
Remove linting of graphql files. The only graphql files in the repo are
fixture files which were ignored. Thus there is no point in having a
lint ruleset that lints graphql files.
This lets us remove the resolution on cross-fetch, and should remove the security warnings for ws and eventsource
