ChangeSceneListInfo

The ChangeSceneListInfo file inside the Map archive of a zone is a BCSV file that contains Scene Change Information that will be used for various things.

Note: Even though this file is on a per zone basis, certain functionalities can only access the Main Zone.
(Ex: IslandFleetGalaxy, but not SorajimaBossZone)

SceneChangeArea	Per-Zone	When you enter an instance of this area, this BCSV is accessed. The actual BCSV will be located in the same zone that the area is placed in.
