Refine GPRs in Pentose phosphate pathway

Description of the issue:

Suggest following changes with corresponding reasons:

• Modify GPR of MAR04354 by removing ENSG00000079739 that only catalyze glucose
• Associate compartment-specific GPR: assign ENSG00000049239 to MAR04623, ENSG00000130313 to MAR04625
• Remove irrelevant gene ENSG00000171174 from MAR08074
• Remove ENSG00000158019 from HumanGEM, because it's a component of the BRCA1-A complex that doesn't involve in metabolic process
• Replace GPR rule of MAR04476 with ENSG00000148057 that needs to be added to HumanGEM

if remove gene ENSG00000171174 from MAR08074, it will have blank GPR. Although no direct evidence supports the existence of this reaction that also appears as dead-end, but still no exactly sure about the removal. So will keep this gene to MAR08074.
