This PR aims to refactor the GitHub actions by replacing the direct usage of Python and installation of packages with the
opencobra/memotecontainer from DockerHub. In doing so, we are using a more robust and reproducible setup for the GH Actions. Moreover, with increased confidence in this Docker image, we can begin thinking about integratingmemotevia a new GH Action.I hereby confirm that I have:
