Add a "Play from the beginning" option in the long press menu

Describe the feature you want

If resume playback is enabled when for example someone tries to play a music video that has the playback in the middle it would be annoying to click on the video, click again to start the stream, wait the buffer and show the playback bar, then scroll that playback bar to the beginning.

So having a button in the long press menu that would open a video from the beginning would be cool. Wether the video plays automatically of course would be defined by the autoplay setting.

I recommend implementing this with issue #6753.

Easier playing of streams, less data wasted.
