(Implemented for Android only) Interface is: sendBinary(successCallback, errorCallback, connectionId, data) data is a JSONArray, one element per byte, e.g. [ 0x00, 0x01, 0x00, 0xFD ]

In reference to issues #53 and #54, and incorporating @shblythe's work on Android (#55), here is a pull request to implement binary for both ios and Android. This is tested as working in one of my own applications.
