This bot's brief is "to replace all bots currently used on together java"

However the role reaction has not been discussed. We need a way for new users to mark themselves with roles to identify their proficiency and the level of help they require.

I would stick to role reactions. Just gotta enhance the system to offer that and in the meantime a PR can bypass CommandSystem if desired.
