1.16 Remove Welcome Message

Remove the Welcome to Ubuntu / Debian Message:

touch $HOME/.hushlogin

just enter this in your shell and it' will be removed.

This removes the message after logging in your vps (showing your personal ip, and system stats and infos)

If you want the message after logging in again, deleted it:

rm $HOME/.hushlogin

Welcome Message I'M talking about:

Hover over the Boxes then you can copy paste it in the console, everything will be done automatically!

Note that if you do it without SUDO you might not have permissions to execute a specific Command

Make sure to be in the User: "root" by typing su root / su - / sudo su
