Code for computing the partial derivatives of the spherical harmonic acceleration, including the associated interface class derived from AccelerationPartial. Also, a number of additional estimated parameters (spherical harmonic coefficients; rotation rate and pole position for SimpleRotationalEphemeris) have been included. This pull request depends on both #66 and #69 .
