Original fvcom-toolbox

Contains tools to generate input files for FVCOM version 3.1.0 and later. Previous versions (e.g. 2.7.x) use only ASCII input files whereas versions 3.1.0 and later moved to NetCDF for some (typically larger) inputs.

It will soon be accessible from the UK-FVCOM github page. A frozen version of the toolbox can also be accessed through the UMASSD FVCOM repository

A forked version of the above toolbox to add new tools and improve on the existing ones. Adds support for generating forcing files from a range of sources and fixes a number of bugs in the input file formats.
