Description

This pull request includes the following changes:

  • Updated the build.yml file in the .github/workflows directory to use actions/setup-python@v5.0.0 instead of actions/setup-python@v4.7.1.
  • Modified the Makefile to include a check for the existence of the tests/ directory before running the $(TEST_COMMAND).
