Description

The existing ML path selection is implemented in the utbot-analytics module
It suffers from a few problem, including using DJL library for the model inference. It brings large size of jar and slow inference.

Expected behavior

It will be moved to the separate module and disabled by default

P.S. it's a subtask of the #703 ticket
