NTP configuration

NTP is used to get a accurate date and time. This is needed for:

Day and month graph
Real time calculation of consumption
HTTPS communication with APIs (ENTSO-E)

If NTP is not configured or it doesn't work, meter timestamp will be used if available.

Enable - Enable the NTP client
Timezone - What timezone are you in
Summertime offset - How many hours do you want to adjust for summer time
Server - The NTP server to use, currently only one can be configured
Obtain NTP server from DHCP - Prefer NTP servers from DHCP if enabled and the server reports NTP servers
