Just wanted to notify, work has started (in internal review actually) for So we are adding a flag so you can see if the paste was internal or external, bit of trickery to get this working, especially with IE since they do not have the new clipboard api. |

Ok, that is taken care off, but there could be other inline boundry elements we might want to look at extending this functionality to, CITE comes to mind, and im sure there are more. |

Revisiting this one, it looks like it might be closable. Are items 3 5 and 6 in this one addressed or ticketed elsewhere? |

All these items are completed, except for the google docs, like to have a more detailed ticket if we are to put some work into that, what specifically isn't working at the moment and needs to be tested. Suggest closing, and opening new specific tickets of there are items remaining on these or new things. |

This PR does two things 1. It normalizes the font sizes to _two_ sizes instead of 3, and assigns them variables. Notably this makes the font size in the inserter larger. 2. It polishes the Latest Posts block a bit. To elaborate on #1, there's a separate PR, #1757, which bumps the font sizes. But this actually makes the sizes larger than they are in most of WordPress. As such, I think that one needs more discussion. In the mean time, this brings the variable cleanup and inserter font size improvements to master before that discussion can conclude.

Doing so, however, causes issues when setContent is called with prettified HTML, e.g. when a list block is updated.
