Fix viewer resizing issue

Description

Fixed issues introduced in #552:

• Apparently, resizeGL() now received unscaled pixel sizes.
• Bumped to 6.4, which broke mypy (new enums, see here). (this will be in Update PySide6 to 6.4.0 #562)
• Pinned PySide6 to <6.4.0 due to incompatibility with matplotlib ([Bug]: TypeError: int() argument must be a string, a bytes-like object or a number, not 'KeyboardModifier' matplotlib/matplotlib#24155).
