This PR adds identifiers to various types defined by SDL; caught by the recently added
Absinthe.Phase.Schema.Validation.TypeNamesAreUniqueschema validation.Testing done by adding multiple enums, scalars, interfaces, and unions to the SDL schema in tests (blew up before, doesn't now).
