两个“to”不定式短语叠加在了一起

在文档“BoAT Overall Design”的章节“BoAT implementation framework”中，
把“The interface provided by the interface layer is for users to call to access the corresponding blockchain.”
修改成“The interface provided by the interface layer is for users to access the corresponding blockchain. ”
是否更好？

In BoAT implementation framework Section,the interface layer(#106 ) statement is wrong. The protocol layer(#107 ) and the RPC layer(#108 ) are not made clear.
