仅表述“提供服务”给接口层，不够准确，也与其它层的类似部分的表述风格不一致

在文档“BoAT Overall Design”的章节“BoAT implementation framework”中，
把“The protocol layer provides services to the interface layer.”
修改成“The protocol layer provides blockchain adpatation services to the interface layer.”
是否更好？

In BoAT implementation framework Section,the interface layer(#106 ) statement is wrong. The protocol layer(#107 ) and the RPC layer(#108 ) are not made clear.
