Registration in Partnersite #205

I don't think we currently have the ability for partners to be able to register new members via their partnersite.

We need to build this into the process of moving into "Partnersite Structure".

In the meantime, there is a quick change we could make that would provide the basic functionality.

If you try to add an update via Akvo.org you get this page:

But if you do this from a Partnersite you get this page:

If we were to put a registration link in the space on the right, we could direct users to the 2nd page of the process once the organisation (of the partnersite) has been selected:

Any objections to this change?

Is there any chance you could just move this text to the right location on the right hand side? I can't seem to position this properly.

I commented the wrong issue #250

This is fixed with the following commit: fe9a085
