I've checked some of the imported Orgs and there are a few items to highlight:

  1. The Logos are showing in the Admin and the link works to view the image but nothing shows on the front end such as: http://uat.akvo.org/rsr/admin/rsr/organisation/1501/
  2. The Partner Types field is currently blank - because of the latest change requested by the Partner Team, this will cause us big problems when importing. I'm not sure what the best solution for this is.
  3. The OrganisationInternalID field doesn't seem to be populated for the new Orgs such as: http://uat.akvo.org/rsr/admin/rsr/organisation/1520/

OK, so not sure if 3 is valid as I am looking again at the data and the Admin and it seems that the Orgs listed in the XML are indeed correctly marked with the OrgIntID

We have a duplicate Cordaid organisation in UAT.
http://uat.akvo.org/rsr/admin/rsr/organisation/1311/

And the original
http://uat.akvo.org/rsr/admin/rsr/organisation/273/

It's not surprising this happened, as I guess we don't have an OrganisationInternalId for Cordaid to Cordaid itself.

I don't think there's an issue with remembering this and removing the Org (via the Admin?) once the import is done.

We need to add the code here to the live server so that we can run the org import there.

We need:

  • A hotfix branch to push to
  • Release notes update
