Issue description

Errors:

• Exception in Humanitarian, error message: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'lower' (see Cordaid import overwrites organisation names and logos #2042)
• Country matching query does not exist.
• Exception in RecipientCountries, error message: 'str' object has no attribute 'name'
• Do not overwrite organisation information of a different content owner (see Cordaid import overwrites organisation names and logos #2042)

Warnings:

• Location description field is too long (255 characters allowed)

Test plan

See attached zipped XML file

1. Make sure there is an organisation in RSR with IATI organisation ID set to 'NL-KVK-34200988' and 'Can create projects' to True
2. Create a new IATI import (in the old admin), set to 'Run immediately' and 'Importing enabled'. Before saving, also add an IATI import job and upload the attached XML file (unzipped). Then save the IATI import / job.
3. Run sh manage.sh iati_import
4. The IATI import job should have the status 'completed' now, check the logs in the old admin (open the IATI import job). The logs should have no mention of an 'Humanitarian' error, nor a warning about the description lengths. Also, there should be a 'value not saved' warning for the unknown country code, since one of the country codes in the XML file is '-'.
