- Fixes IATI import bugs #2167
The Cordaid IATI import overwrote organisations info that were content owned by others. Fix this by checking for ownership before changing data for existing organisations. If the org is content owned by another partner no data is changed. If the org is not content owned by anyone, Cordaid is set as content owner. Add a little more logging, showing how many orgs were created and/or updated. Fix the extraction of the XML from the Cordaid zip file, which in some cases were not parseable.
