Remove Akvo RSR Plus Account links

We seem to have links on the Get a Widget pages that refer to an Akvo RSR Plus account, when you are not logged in:

http://rsr.akvo.org/project/325/get-a-widget/

I don't think this is used, so we should remove the entire link.

OK, so @bjelkeman confirmed that after we remove the link, we also need to ensure that all our widgets are in the public area and not restricted to having an account.

At the moment this looks like it is only the Map and Project Listing widgets that fall into this category.

If this is completed, can we push this to develop? and include in the 2.3.3 release?
