Footer on the main RSR page contains links which 404

On the main RSR all projects page, the links to "Terms of Use", "Privacy", and "Licencing and Copyright" all link to content which doesn't exist. Judging from the footer on the main akvo.org page these should link to "/help/akvo-policies-and-terms-2/{page}" instead of "/help/akvo-policies-and-terms/{page}"

There are still two links in the RSR footer which 404 (pretty sure these were correct last release though so perhaps this is due to a change on the main site):

• The "API code of conduct" link currently points to http://akvo.org/help/akvo-policies-and-terms-2/api-code-of-conduct/ but it should instead link to http://akvo.org/help/akvo-policies-and-terms/api-code-of-conduct/
• The "Donations" link currently points to http://akvo.org/help/akvo-policies-and-terms-2/akvo-donation-policy/ but it should instead link to http://akvo.org/help/akvo-policies-and-terms/akvo-donation-policy/

And the pages that are serving do have the -2/ at the end, so the links in the site right now seem to be correct, but the ending pages are not created yet.

We used to have an API Policy and Donation Policy (I believe) so wherehas this content gone?

There are still some issues with this:

• API Code of Conduct link broken
• Donation Policy link broken

Since the main site link locations are changing quite a lot at the moment I suggest we fix these once the location of everything on the main site has stabilised.
