RSS Link for All Updates

We have made sure the RSS feed is working, now we need to find a new home for the button so people can obtain the link.

Are we talking about a button on the RSR product page or footer or anywhere else?

Anywhere really - it used to be on the homepage alongside where the updates were being displayed, but not that is on the See it happen page: akvo.org/seeithappen/ and All updates page: http://akvo.org/seeithappen/all-rsr-project-updates/

Not sure where it should be now.

Issue with javascript causing the links to not open when selected. Fixed by @loicsans

Verified -- the RSR project updates link and RSS link on akvodev.org are now opening as expected in both Chrome and Firefox.
