RSS Feed link for all Project Updates Missing

It used to be on the homepage but now it doesn't seem possible to find this anywhere.

I suggest we add it to the rsr.akvo.org "home page", the project listing page. Don't know where tho...

Or a more sophisticated solution is in the header, next to the Register/My Akvo link. It would change feed according to the page you're on, all for the project list, all from an org when on an organisation's page and the project feed for the project you're viewing. I know there might be usability issues displaying what feed you get...
