feat: add support for Angular v11

also adds various backported changes from angular-cli-ghpages.

• feat: add support for Angular v11 (see feat: add support for Angular v11 angular-cli-ghpages#118 and feat: add support for Angular v11 (follow up) angular-cli-ghpages#120) by @beeman & @JohannesHoppe
  • migrate from configuration to buildTarget (see feat: add support for Angular v11 (follow up) angular-cli-ghpages#120 for an explanation)
• fix: removes astronaut emoij (since 👨‍🚀 emoij is combined (🧑‍🚀) and breaks on some cmds)
• fix(tooling): fix jest types (angular-schule/angular-cli-ghpages@24d9922), as explained in Jest types didn't found #7 (comment) by @dianjuar
• fix(tooling): improve prettier formatter (angular-schule/angular-cli-ghpages@891ee8c), as reported in Adding Prettier Formatter #10
• updated docs

This is also of interest for @santoshyadavdev ! Please rename configuration (https://github.com/ngx-builders/netlify-builder/blob/3f2517a897360904b12c9a30c5dab3784f8e53a8/src/deploy/schema.d.ts#L2) to buildTarget as suggested by @alan-agius4 . I will propose a follow-up RFC soon.
