Updates mdCheckbox, mdSwitch and mdRadioGroup to only show focus on keyboard interaction using JavaScript and the
.md-focusedCSS class (also updated mdButton). This is required to offset the browser's default behavior of setting focus on click and showing a persistent focus style. The UX team also requested that focus styles only show on true keyboard interactions.Closes #1336
