bug: hangs with firewall/network monitor

when I start it, it tries to connect to the internet, which needs to wait for me to approve it.
but after I do, it still just hangs forever until I ctrl+c and start it again

(update: in the current versions of opencode I can't ctrl+c or exit without actually force-quitting/killing it)

I use lulu but it probably would do the same with little snitch and other such things as well

Note:

• it appears to likely only happen the first time running it after brew upgrade sst/tap/opencode
• if i disable lulu before running, it doesn't

If we add a timeout to BunProc.run it actually starts after the first timeout instead of hanging infinitely. (#4701)
