Pool view bar does not display counts well

I’m not sure what the cause is tbh. To reproduce:

1. Create a pool that with a low slot count
2. Create a dag that uses the pool to trigger more tasks than the slot count that run at the same time
3. Run the dag

You’d get something like this

I’m also not sure what the bar should look like either. When the pool is empty (no task runs using it), the bar shows the pool’s total slots. But when it is used, the count can go over the total.
