Unable to fetch log for previous task tries in web UI

What happened?

Fetching log of previous task tries return error message:

Only the latest task retry is working correctly.

Found the error logs from api-server:

It works fine when using 3.0.2.

What you think should happen instead?

No response

Using airflow 3.0.3 with remote logging enabled using s3 with amazon provider version 9.10.0

Thanks for assigning me to this issue. I wanted to let you know that I am still working on understanding and debugging the root cause, but I will need a bit more time before I can open a pull request. I am currently involved with several other organizations as well so balancing everything is taking a little longer than usual.I appreciate your patience and will be sure to update here as I make progress and will open the PR as soon as I have a potential fix ready.
