Support credential vending in Iceberg native integration

What is the problem the feature request solves?

Iceberg native integration now supports rest catalog, but it still doesn't work when credential vending is enabled.

Describe the potential solution

pass credentials obtained from FileIO objects to rust-side in addition to session-level hadoop config.
