What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Addendum for #7797. Get raw size from value, not iterator, which always returns 0.

@adoroszlai, don't we have any unit test for this? We could have caught this in the CI run.
We don't have to add unit test as part of this PR, we can create a new Jira to add unit test for this.
