This pr aims upgrade RoaringBitmap from 0.9.30 to 0.9.31.
Why are the changes needed?
This version contain bug fix: simplify BatchIterators, fix bug in advanceIfNeeded
The changes between 0.9.30 and 0.9.31 as follows:
RoaringBitmap/RoaringBitmap@0.9.30...0.9.31
Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?
No.
How was this patch tested?
Pass GA.
