What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR cleans up the logic of
listFunctions. CurrentlylistFunctionsgets all external functions and registered functions (built-in, temporary, and persistent functions with a specific database name). It is not necessary to get persistent functions that match a specific database name again sinceexternalCatalog.listFunctionsalready fetched them. We only need to list all built-in and temporary functions from the function registries.Why are the changes needed?
Code clean up.
