The v2.4.2 version of Proxy Verifier includes logging updates for SETTINGS and WINDOW_UPDATE frames. This will be useful for HTTP/2 session and stream window testing.

With apache#9110, I accidentally used the md5sum instead of the sha1sum. This fixes the expected checksum to the correct value.
