We should help people out when they install Rover and let them know where they can go to get help getting started 🥳

do we feel like this one is completed with:

You can open the full documentation for Rover by running:

    $ rover docs open

Or do we want to add anything else to the start message?

mm, i think this issue is specifically about our messaging post-install, not necessarily rover --help. We could honestly just automtaically print the rover help command after a successful install though!
