Fixes the issue where the UI does not immediately update after closing unmerged PRs.
The
PRTreeViewcomponent wasn't re-rendering correctly due to an insufficientkeyprop and immediate clearing of hover state, and thehandleCloseGroupfunction didn't explicitly trigger a re-render after closing PRs.
