Improvements

  • CSV files can now import repeats homogeneously (1 alignment for all loci) or in-homogeneously (separate alignment for each locus)
  • Eigen decomposition is now performed using the EJML library, to resolve some of the numerical issues

Other Changes

  • Transformed parameter a1 into oneOnA1
  • Renamed parameters r_b,i_eq into biasMagnitude, focalPoint
