Adding instructions on granting Gsuite ownership rights and astropy.org accounts.

Hope this makes sense where it is placed now between ownerships of the Google Shared Drive and the various mailing lists (I really don't understand any of the details how these are handled by Google).

Just not sure of the grouping of sub-tasks still makes sense now, i.e. should the Google group ownerships for the mailing lists remain as separate items, or aren't they rather included with Gsuite? And what about the Shared Drive? @eteq ?

No, giving someone access to manage the groups step needs to be done by hand. No magic there.

Same with the drive. It needs to be done by hand.

I would make the gsuite task separate from the mailing lists.

And yes, add a new task to add to shared google folder

I would make the gsuite task separate from the mailing lists.

So 4 separate tasks then? I was confused because the way we checked Gsuite ownership was by testing our permissions on the mailing lists. Thanks!

Yes, 4 different tasks.
